I keep getting logged off my Account

So I have this problem EVERYDAY with my X signing out

I suggest you to try port forwarding:

Port Forwarding

Open a web browser.

Enter http://192.168.1.1 or
http://192.168.1.254 in the address bar (or click one of the links).

Click Login in the upper right-hand corner and enter the username and password. (admin/1234, admin/telus).

Select Network Settings from the menu at the bottom.

Select NAT from the submenu.

Select Port Forwarding from the next submenu.

Select Add New Rule.

Check the box for Active and input Xbox for the Service Name.

Input 3074 for the External Start/End Port and Internal Start/End Port.

Input the IP Address of the Xbox and select TCP/UDP for the Protocol.

Select Apply.

 

i set up what i thought was right for port forwarding and decided to check if it solved the problem, i launched call of duty ghosts and searched for a match, got in one and immediately after the match loaded up the select class menu i was disconnected from
xbox live. when i tried to sign back in it gave me this message

"your console cant connect to xbox live. do you want to exit this session and test your network connection? it you are playing a game, you will lose any unsaved progress.

8015190E" i get a similar message whenever i disconnect from xbox live and try to reconnect.

not sure what to do when i am at this part of port forwarding. this is the information that i can enter.

I tried out all of the options on that page and I am still getting disconnected from xbox live and getting similar error codes. Could the problem be my router? I have a Ubee router/modem model number: DDW366. this all started when I switched out routers.
My service provider is cox communications.

 

Try this:

Log in to the web console for the Ubee (192.168.100.1) Default user is: user Default password is: user Go to the Gateway tab, settings screen. Scroll down and you will find MTU. Instead of using the default settings, you have to set it between 1392 and 1500.

 

I set the MTU to 1392 and played a match of call of duty ghosts to see if I would disconnect, I stayed connected but I still clip around the map and I'm being kicked out of the game from time to time. I also can't host a game on terraria or any other game
for that matter without my friends lagging.

 

And now I was disconnected from xbox live at the menu of cod ghosts. Error code 8015190E

 

i myself have the ubee router, all ports forwarded and mtu is set. i also applied the DMZ host to the ip of the xbox. works for a little bit then disconects almost every 10-15 minutes. i suggest calling cox and aking for a new router as it is not comptible
with live. if i were you id simply buy my own router/modem as anything from an isp is controlled on their end.
