    Random disconnection from xbox live


    Hi

    So I have Virgin media and I have never had any problems till my internet till recently I have been suffering from random disconnections but my internet is still on. I tried deleting my system cache and I have run several test on xbox live connection all
    which have returned positive yet I still cannot sign back into xbox live unless I turn my xbox on and off, Also i have tried resetting the internet several times.

    Xbox: Slim 250gb

    Internet: Virgin media

    Secuirty type: WPA2-PSK

    Radio type: 802.11n

    If anyone can help that would be great also if you need any extra bits of infomation I will try to provide them

    i am having the same problem as you and it is driving me crazy i find it really bad how this happens, i pay for my account and all i want to do i play but this damn disconnecting problem does not seem to be getting any better, we need to be able to file
    a serious complaint because this is driving me up the wall
