random disconnection from xbox live

ive re-dowloaded my profile, cleared cache 1000 times, waited a day, checked nat, checked to see i was online, everything is fine.

problem is, ill be doing anything, with any profile, under any menu, and it will freeze, disconnect, and say i am no longer connected to xbox live. to me this sounds like an nat problem or an internal failure on my console. please help!

Sorry to hear about the disconnect issue! Could you navigate to your 360 storage and check for any items that are flagged with a yellow exclamation point? Could you also tell me which Xbox 360 console you own (i.e. 360, 360S, 360E), along with the storage
the console has? To check your Storage to find corrupt files, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the Settings tab on the dashboard and select the
  System tile.
• In the System Settings menu, select Storage.
  
• Select your Xbox 360 hard drive.
• In this menu, select Games and Apps and look for any items with a yellow exclamation point. Delete the files that have this mark.
