Random disconnection from internet

troubleshoot guide for random disconnect. Also make sure the console is plugged directly into the wall. Rebooting your network hardware is also a great idea.

My internet is fine almost all the time. Never truly have internet lag. Only random disconnects without losing internet.

Just to say iv did all your steps i have the wire connection and it keep happening i had 9 different engineer out trying to get me on line the only company that got me on the Internet was Vodafone they say iv got like 20 something download speed but it just

me and my brother have a xbox one 1 on the first floor and 1 on the 2nd and i was wanting to know what does alternate port selection do and do i have to mess with my router? my xbox freqently disconnects from the internet and im trying to solve
the problem ive called microsoft support over 5 times and nothing seems to work.

I been trying to play ghost recon and it keep loging me out of ubsoft sever as the division sever i get to play that longer than ghost and my Xbox ivp6 is not coming on
