Random disbanding of party chat

Discus and support Random disbanding of party chat in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is anyone else having the issue where your parties keep being broken up, or receiving notice that your privacy settings won't allow communications?...     Random disbanding of party chat


    Is anyone else having the issue where your parties keep being broken up, or receiving notice that your privacy settings won't allow communications? (And then when you go into your privacy settings everything is set to allow for joining multiplayer, everybody:
    for others can communicate, and everybody for video communications, yet if you try to change one to say "friends" and everything ends up changes to blocked? It's happening to everyone on my friends list yet Xbox live server status is all "good" supposedly.
    I've rebooted, cleared cache, and reset router. Network settings are all good too.

    Game/Party chat fail

    Not 100% sure if it's Halo or the Xbox it's self, but while playing Halo we have had many issues with losing voice communications during game and in the menu.

    Attempted fixes:

    -Starting a party:

    After getting party chat set up it shows a gray circle next to our names. No voice is heard.

    -Disbanding/restarting in game party:

    No voice is heard.

    -Quitting the game on the dashboard:

    fixes in game, but party still displays gray circle and no voice is heard. (in party)

    What do you do while you are at the loading screens?

    Yeah....I'm usually in party chat too, talking about something random.

    xbox live party connect issues

    Is there a fix for this issue yet? We are having the same issues.. Can form parties but when we try to enter an online game together it kicks us out and disbands the party. Chat is fine and the weird thing is the first time we tried it was fine for hours...
    Tried again later that night and the fails started... HELP!!

    Fed up with party chat and people cheating

    I'm 50/50 on this myself. I do miss chatting with the randoms, but on the plus side, I hear considerably less homophobia and racism in party chat compared to game chat.

    Its sad how much mulitplayer gaming has changed on live over the years!

    For the people moaning about party chart even before party chat xbox already had private chat. I would rather be in private or party chat talking to people i know than listening to randomers there is nothing wrong with party chat. i think its a good feature.
    i think there are alot of people that would rather speak on the head set if it is friends or fam they are speaking to..
