    Random Creepy Messages


    Just like everyone else I have been getting these strange messages from random accounts (probably automated), asking me my age, location. then it asked me to join their web cam thing, then shorty telling me to give the my credit card info. I had one of them message
    me 2 days ago, and one messaging me this morning. I have noticed that none of them have any gamer score and they seem to have more than 400 friends, most likely spamming them too.

    The first one seemed more like a person it asked if it could trust me, I was really confused. I called it out as a scammer, and it said "Okay sorry" then I told it that it didn't answer any of my questions, it said the same thing again "Okay sorry". After
    that I tried to talk to it more to see if it was a person then it gave up.

    The Second one seemed more like a bot, which in our case, it is, that because it said the exact same thing as the last one.

    Please help us. This is making me feel insecure.

    Yes, I'm thinking this too, maybe I'm worrying too much about it.

    It was probably just a casual Xbox message. Don't see how it could have been of any dire importance. Maybe just a connection thing or a friend hitting you up. I don't think Microsoft would put a message of such importance that is so easily clearable.

    yes I made a post about it they have 0 gamerscore don't join I block but they keep doing it.

    Same here. I had about 12 different ones today. I have blocked and reported them all. Yet I am still being harassed. Lol

    MS is aware of this and working on it. They recommend reporting the user and blocking them. The also recommend that you do not join or reply to them in any from.

    It is said that the spammers are also doing this with playstation and skype too.

    It is just creepy overall.. Between the graphics and the creepy sounds and the random jump scares.. And some weird monsters.... Makes for a thrilling scary experience.. I say it was gruesome due to the manner in which you find some bodies... And finding
    bath tubs full of blood.. Bodies with no head... That kind of thing.

    Block & report any profile sending these type of messages via your console.Details on how to do this can be found

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.
