Random Console ban

So I just got done playing rainbow six siege. I was all hyped to hop back on Black ops 2 well when I logged into my account a huge white screen popped up stating that my console is basically banned from playing last gen games I'm still questioning why, Because
I did nothing wrong to get this ban can anyone help me to see what I can do to fix this?

Random Console Ban?

Phone support has to refer them here because they WILL NOT take the answer that there is no information available!!! They still always want someone else to ask. It's ridiculous.

There are no random console bans...

that is the only place you can get further info - enforcement team will not discuss console bans and 1-800-4MYXBOX is tech support and doesn't have anything to do with enforcement and could only assist with recovering your GT to a different console or making
sure the banned console is set up to continue use as an offline only console

Hey there ObtuseProdigy,

What error screen are you seeing exactly? Are you seeing a similar message in all Xbox 360 games though Backward Compatibility? Can you share a picture of the error screen with us?

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.

If you have received multiple bans on multiples accounts on the console, that can contribute to a console ban.

Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.
