Random Console Ban

Hello recently one of my accounts on my console has been perma banned but might be unbanned soon. A fee days after this account was banned mu console got a two week com and multiplayer ban for no apparent reason, i checked every account on my xbox to see
if theu where individually banned but its just a cinsole wide ban. Since the perma ban i have done nothing wrong and it wont let me submit a case review for my console. How and why did this happen?

Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.

If you have received multiple bans on multiples accounts on the console, that can contribute to a console ban.

Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.
