Random Black Screen while playing Games

Recently on my BENQ gaming Monitor whilst playing Destiny I've been getting random 1-3 second black screen before it goes back to the game & sometimes happens a few times in a row. My monitor does not do this when I'm on my computer, only does it for the
xbox one. Does anybody else have this problem?

Random 1 second black screen while playing games.

I tried using the component cables, but that didn't fix it. I also tried the other HDMI ports. Unfortunately I don't have any other TVs to try it on. I switched back to the HDMI cable that came with my Elite, but still the same thing.

 

Sounds like corrupted data. A hard reset should clear that right away.

Turn off your console, unplug all the cords connected to the console, hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then plug everything in and turn on your console.

ur not alone mate,I have the exact same problem. Worked absolutly fine until recently. My guess is that it's som kind of glitchy Windows 10 update that was supposed to do something good and turned crap instead?
