Random Account Suspension

Hello any who may read this. So I stopped playing Xbox for about seven months just to take a break. Then about a week ago, i decided to come back and play Xbox again. Yesterday however, I was greeted by a very surprising two week account suspension which
really ruined my night. I was suspended for "account theft" which makes no sense to me since I have read the reasons behind getting suspended for account theft and i haven't done ANY of the things listed there. I suspect that my account is acting more so like
a credit card when there is a sudden outburst of activity since I change my name twice since I started playing again. The biggest bummer about this two week suspension is that it takes up pretty much the entirety of December which is when a lot of new players
get on new games. I would appreciate it very much if you could respond to me as soon as possible so I can get right back into gaming and enjoy my console some more. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon!

Hi i have been playing xbox 360 for 3-4 years now and i have started to have problems with my account. Today about an hour ago EST I was downloading World Of Tanks and downloading updates so I could play online in the game and all the sudden I got kicked
off live. When I tried to sign back on it said I was suspended until 8/2/17 which came out of no where. I have not done anything to violate the code of conduct on xbox live. My friend also had the same exact problem and was suspended. I am strongly minded
that this is because of hackers on the xbox 360 because hackers or modders in games (ex: Black Ops 2, Gta5...) can kick/suspend you off your console for an amount of time. I talked to a xbox representative and they gave me this code for my problem and said
to post this in the fourm. 1392363529 .I hope you can help resolve my issue thank you!
