Random Account Ban Xbox Exploit

Hello, recently I was banned on Xbox for absolutely no reason, now my account I’ve owned for 5 years and spent thousands of dollars on is completely gone.

I did some research on the internet and found the following.

This talks about how if you were to join someone’s party or message them they can permanently ban you.

I fell victim to this exploit when a Xbox user (Don’t Remember Gamertag and can’t check what it was because I’m now banned.) messaged me and spammed me with party invites. The person then proceeded to message me “you might want to hear this” I proceeded to message back “what do you want” he then told me “you’re going to get banned” I called his bluff and days later im now permanently banned from my account, appeal was denied now I cannot contact anyone from Xbox enforcement to fight for my account back. This seems to be a new very popular exploit. Nor am I the only person this has happened to. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any information on how I can get this to someone at Xbox that can help me?

I called Xbox and tried to address the issue asked for a email or a phone number I can contact to continue the investigation on my account and they hung up on me after telling me they were putting me on hold, they are now closed.

The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

A discussion isn't fact it is just hearsay unless you hear the complete story which case people never post the full story to push a false narrative

You just need to look a the type of suspension to get an idea

Like.communication suspension etc

Which is the most.common and people think.the rules only apply to group msgs not.private

You can't.call support As.they don't address enforcement issues

Unless you state your whole.conversation no-one knows what you did wrong you have top apply.for.a case review that's your only opton since you.been denied you can't take it.further

And more.people.would.be complaining.which they aren't just.people.claiming to be but if you read their full.story it's always something.else

False.report don't affect your suspension Your actions do

It doesn't matter who starts the fight you retaliate that can be reported

Sorry, I haven't read the article you linked, but is it possible to do other things to an account using this exploit? I'm asking because I've had a lot of trouble with bandwidth reduction for years, along with many other technical issues that's always easy to explain by Support but isn't what's really going on.

I don't think Support want to tackle the issue of hackers and hacking, which had an activity spike over 3000% when the lockdowns began in 2021 and is a very serious problem for all of us.

To clarify, it's a ban on people who used the exploits to get the cash in the first place. If you were gifted the cash at random (as a lot of people were, apparently), the money will be deducted from you account after the update.
