Raincheck?

That is not something that can be given via the forums. You would need to contact the retailers you would want to purchase it from to see if they can offer something.

I hate to be "that guy" here, Smoky, but Jemar was correct. You should have contacted support during the time frame of the promotion if there was a problem. You could have even posted here in the forums asking where or how to find Fable 3. Instead, you admittedly
waited until after the promotion had changed and then expected the support guy to do something that he cannot do. Would you go into a department store three days after a sale and demand that you get the sale price because you couldn't find the item during
the sale? Unlikely... I expect that you would have asked where the item weas or for a "raincheck" that gives you the sale price when the item is back in stock; either way would involve adking for assistance before the sale ended.
