    I have not relieved the codes to these games after purchasing rainbow6 siege and waiting more than 10 days. It said in game I would recieve my code 7-10 days and it has not come yet. I was in contact with Ubisoft and Xbox support. Only to be redirected
    two times. Everyone I know that has the game has recieved the codes on time via Xbox messages. I hope you can solve this problem instead of sending me elsewhere again

    Magic: The Gathering. 2013 and Rainbow6 Vegas. Rainbow6 is awesome but it's seven years old.

    Promotion codes

    i purchased rainbow6 siege on December 25th and was supposed to receive the codes for rainbow 6 Vegas and rainbow 6 Vegas 2. I did have a one day communications ban which i believe is the root of the problem.

    commerce.microsoft.com and verify the transaction was completed. Let us know what's up Rainbow6 Vegas one and two codes not received. :)

  5. I do not have a receipt because I did purchase is online. I was also not able to find it on that link. I have the game on my Xbox and on my account. I didn't use a credit card for purchase I used Microsoft points. I think we found the problem. It's not saying
    I purchased it on Xbox. But I know for a fact I did I play the game everyday

  6. If u could just check for me and send the codes that would be great since this is a huge hassle for me and quite unfair. I feel as if you don't believe me? I would be offended except I was sure this would be a problem to solve. Just as every other Xbox problem

    Did you pre-order Rainbow Six Siege on Xbox live Store? If not, then unfortunately the the promotion won't apply.

    He just said that he used Microsoft points to purchase it on the xbox store. Ask the support if they're able to see your charges on their end or if there is a problem with your license. Since you just said that you can't find it on your orders history.

    Unfortunately the Xbox support does not support promotional codes, and you will most likely be referred back to these forums Rainbow6 Vegas one and two codes not received. :)

    This statement is even verified by a ranger.

  10. Hey there, TONY. We are unable to verify that you have purchased this game through the Xbox One Store, which means that the codes would not be provided through us.

    If you go to the
    Rainbow Six Siege
    page, does it ask you to purchase the game there? If it does, what might be happening is that the game was purchased on another account that plays on your console. If that is a possibility, then you will need to post back on that account
    so that we can look into that further. Simply playing the game does not give you these tokens, and only the account that makes the purchase is entitled to the codes.

    Hopefully that clears things up a bit more, and if there is another account on your console, I suggest posting on that account so that we can look into it to see if there are codes that it should be getting. Rainbow6 Vegas one and two codes not received. :)

  11. First of all, the game did not need to be preordered. One of my friends actually bought the game after me and recieved the codes. You are lying to me because you don't want to help and I don't understand why. Secondly I do not have another account on my
    Xbox. Only one. Maybe I haven't received my codes because the problem is in your system clearly. who can I be in contact with to help me solve this issue?

    As previous stated above I am also unable to find this information. The problem is in your system. Would me playing the game on my Xbox account be proof enough? Can u check my achievement or take a picture of my tv? The problem is within your system and
    this is why I have not recieved my codes obviously. So what are our options on how to resolve this? Please help. I am tired of remaining patient

  14. Hey, Tony! If your account has not purchased this game, and you are unable to provide proof that you have purchased it, your account will not be eligible for the Vegas 1 and 2 codes. We have not stated anything about a pre-order, only to check to see if
    you've purchased the game at all.

    Having achievements or playing the game is not what qualifies you for this promotion. The reason why you are able to play the game on your console is likely because someone else has your console set as their Home console and downloaded the game to your console
    when they purchased it. You will need to have the owner of that account post on here for us to provide them with codes if they still need them.

    Since we are unable to verify you bought this game through Xbox Live and you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we will be unable to provide codes to your account. Until you have the game owner post in here for us to look into them, we will be unable
    to assist you further on this matter.

  15. Well if u look back to true blue tks post. He did mention preorder. So what u just said is untrue. I also have purchased the game and I do not home share my Xbox with anyone. As I said I only have one account on my Xbox. And I have purchased this game. I
    was playing it everyday until this happened. Why is no one helping me? This is unfair and I am not being taken care of. Do some research on why this is not showing up and please help me. I would like my account to say I have purchesed the game because I have.
    If I had used a credit card I would be able to show u proof on my end. But I used Microsoft points. Please fix this error or I will have to take further action and will not remain patient or respectful
