rainbow won't work

Discus and support rainbow won't work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; everytime I go on rainbow six siege it says that the rainbow servers has an error even though my friends are playing it at the same time please fix it...     rainbow won't work


    everytime I go on rainbow six siege it says that the rainbow servers has an error even though my friends are playing it at the same time please fix it

    After I do it all it says there an error and has a code and says visit

    Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
    • NAT Type

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    If I understand correctly, Rainbow Six: Vegas code worked fine for you, but the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 code is not working? Could you post back the specific error code you are receiving when you try to redeem that code?
