Rainbow six vegas promo codes

I had preordered Rainbow six siege on 9/26/2015 with the free vegas codes. I was waiting for backwards compatibility before I redeemed the codes only to find that they are no longer in my inbox. How can I resolve this?

Promotion Details: I purchased a digital copy of Rainbow Six Siege through the Xbox One Marketplace, which included a free copy of Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Date of Purchase: Purchased on September 27th

Promo Item(s): I received a promo code for Vegas 1 on the day of my purchase but have not received a promo code for Vegas 2.

Can you please give me a promo code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2?
