Rainbow Six Vegas offer code disappeared from message centre

Hi there,

I received a code for the Rainbow Six Vegas games with my purchase of Rainbow Six Siege, however the message and code has since disappeared since from my message centre, Please advise, thanks.

Haven't received Vegas 1 & 2 codes

I bought Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege on Dec 25th and I am still waiting my codes for Rainbow Six: Vegas and Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. It states that the codes will be delivered to the message centre in 7-10 days. It is now past the 10 days so thought I
would just look into it.

Rainbow Six Codes

Hello, I pre ordered Rainbow Six Seige which came with codes for back compatible versions of Rainbow six Vegas 1+2 and a weapon skin. I revived the codes on as messages on my Xbox one. I used the code for Vegas 1 but the message for Vegas 2 and the skin
have disappeared from my account. Is there any way of seeing the messages that have vanished?

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Hello i have received my rainbow six vegas 1 and vegas 2 code from xbox live in 2 messages but the vegas 2 code is the same code as the vegas 1 code. ive been on xbox live support chat with Mac and been told to post my problem here.

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
