Rainbow Six Vegas framerate drop and game closing

I'm playing RS Vegas 1 and when there is too much firefight, or that a Flashbang explodes straight in my face, the framerate drop and then after few seconds the game close itself. When launching the game back, there's no sound in game and the framerate is
still crappy. Few seconds later after starting to play campain, the game will crash, while there is still no sound. The game won't work until I do an hard reboot of the console.

Please make an adjustment fast, don't want to use my old crappy X360 controller to finish the game!
