Rainbow six vegas and vegas 2 codes not arriving after purchasing rainbow six siege

I purchased rainbow six siege sometime near Black Friday because it was on sale and the page on the Xbox store said I would receive codes for rainbow six vegas and rainbow six vegas 2. Sometime between then and now the promotion ended and I stil have not
received my codes.

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

 

Game code missing for rainbow six vegas 2!

I only got a code for rainbow six vegas but not rainbow six vegas 2 even though I pre ordered rainbow six siege two weeks ago!

 

That offer actually ended in 2015.

 

oh I see cause when I was checking it out in the store on my xbox it said the codes would arrive in 7-10 business days. That sucks.
