    When I go to install it says *this game is not playable here*. I am able to install halo reach fine so it must be a problem with rainbow six just. please fix this

    Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

    I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

    Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & Vegas 2 Keys are the Self ( Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition )

    I Have Preorder the Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition.

    The Edition also includes Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

    I downloaded Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and then I realized the Key of Vegas 2 is the
    SAME !

    I have TWO SCREENSHOTS from the Message from Xbox Live !

    Hey there SullyyEXE v2!

    First, please be sure the region of your account is set to the correct region. Cross-region accounts can cause trouble, as some content may not be available in your physical region.

    If all is set with the region, try a full power cycle of your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off) and then try downloading the content again. If you're still having trouble please be sure to run through
    all the steps in our
    sticky thread including the survey at the end. This will help us gather information for your issue to pass over to the appropriate team.

    Hey again!

    Just wanted to drop by and let you all know this issue appears to be resolved. If you're still having trouble please try a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (or until the Xbox One powers off completely). Once you get a power
    cycle out of the way try installing or launching the game again, you should be good to go!

    the game is back up! just uninstall it and hold your power btton down for 10 seconds unplug ur power cord for 30 and plug it back in and turn it back on and it will work and re install it but make sure the disk is not in when u power your xbox one down!

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.
