Rainbow Six Vegas 2

I Pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege and I get 2 Xbox Live Messages with the code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1. But no code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

 

Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & Vegas 2 Keys are the Self ( Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition )

I Have Preorder the Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition.

The Edition also includes Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

I downloaded Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and then I realized the Key of Vegas 2 is the
SAME !

I have TWO SCREENSHOTS from the Message from Xbox Live !

The same thing happened to me. The OP has received both messages but the rainbow six vegas 2 message has the wrong code in it.

I had two text messages. One was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

But the code in both messages was exactly the same.

Contacted xbox support. Support blamed Ubisoft. So I phoned Ubisoft who informed me that it is up to the retailer to send the correct code. Microsoft are the retailer and they sent the wrong code.

Support also told me they would get back to me in 24 hours. They did not get back to me. So I just phoned them again.

Turns out the only thing support can actually do about this problem is cancel the pre-order and give you a refund.

So I've now cancelled the pre-order.

MS really need to give support the power to fix this type of thing. They can't give out codes themselves, they can only generate Xbox live gold codes. So in this case support were pretty useless meaning cancelling the pre-order was the only option I had.

 

I preordered Siege and got my codes and redeemed the code for Rainbow six 2 I didnt need the code for 1 and now that backward compatibility is here Rainbow 2 is not showing on my list and after a chat with MS it is not showing on my list that I redeemed
it and the message is over 30 days so is gone. How do I get my game?

You actually redeemed the code for Rainbow Six 1.

It was the wrong code in the rainbow six 2 message.

Same thing happened to me. Even if you already own rainbow six 1 it will still let you redeem the code.

You need to contact support. I eventually got the correct code sent to me but it wasn't easy.

 

@ Malacath Did canceling your pre order and re buying it get you your code?

 

Not exactly.

Contacting support got me the code. I actually cancelled the pre-order because they took too long to sort it out then the next day got the code so pre-ordered again.

Hy ... I've got Siege and I actually redeemed the code for Rainbow Six Vegas but I can't do the same with the Vegas 2 one. Please help me. What was wrong with those Vegas 2 codes ?
