Hello. It's all in my title!

I find it unacceptable that after I repeatedly on this bug on this success and in addition many times you ask me both, "Ubisoft" and "Xboxlive" to respect the steps to take before back post a topic in the technical forum to say what it is.

Especially that this bug does not concern me only, there are still many players who have still not, plus it is a bug that is over 8 years !! In this case the games including also consequential bugs therein should not even still be online or even offered!

If you or "Ubisoft" did not have the necessary tools, and many change professions or politics, because your media does absolutely useless. In this case, as many players online yet, I have only myself used programs such as "Horizon" and unlock myself?

But after 10 years of "Xboxlive" I'm not going to risk a ban for that, then I respect the privacy policy and the policy of network games. While you, you allow yourself to violate relational rules with your customers, and that's where I'm unhappy.

Lacking the tools, it is for you to offer me solutions, not for me to look for the so-called forums "Entre-aid" via the community.

So I make a last post, asking you to reset my progress because firstly I do not care, and secondly because this is the only solution that I found

So do not tell me that you're not able. It profits me nothing to send 300 moderators or administrators to repeat predefined answers you have in your binder me what I want someone reliable who knows the file, and not yet to increase its counter positions but they push the developer and technicians get a security update because it is not my responsibility.

When there is a bug, over 8 years, and although it takes its responsibilities, and the problem with both hands. It is not standing still, you are paid.

So in the meantime, you can find a solution, this section should remain open because the bug is still active for me and many people. So an update is necessary for your gaming community.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If you want your in game progress reset and deleting the save file from your hard drive does not work then Xbox is not the place you should be posting.

All in game issues should be addressed with the developers as Xbox has nothing to do with that end of the system.

I have recieved a code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1, but no Rainbow Six Vegas 2 code yet

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
