Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Multiplayer Invite issues

Myself and two others on my friends list attempted to play Rainbow Six Vegas 2 multiplayer on the Xbox One. All of us had no trouble downloading the game. Each of us is able to host a multiplayer game but cannot invite friends either with an open or private
slot. We all had disc versions and no extra DLC. (Basic Game) I did launch the game from my Xbox 360 (Shutdown my Xbox One) and was able to join my friends hosted game briefly. They could not see any of my invites from my Xbox 360 console. I tried to invite
my two friends on my Xbox One through:

• Party Invite
• Friends List Invite
• Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Hub Invite

We also tried to join a friends game through the same methods but it still remained grayed out. If any of you were successful, i would greatly appreciate some advice.

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

 

I'm running into the same issue. Has anyone found a solution?

 

I found the answer! On the Xbox 360, in order to pull up the invite/party/system menu, you pressed on the "Guide" button or the xbox symbol button on the controller. On the Xbox One controller, that button is reserved to return to the "Home" part of the
interface.... so, I found out that in order to bring up the 360 menu you need to press both the "View" and the "Guide" buttons simultaneously! From there, you invite or join players in the Xbox 360 virtual machine.
