    Rainbow Six Vegas 2, code not working


    I recently bought Rainbow Six Siege's pre order, they sent me a code to get the Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 360, but whenever I try to redeem my code it doesn't work, says that something went wrong and ask me to go to xbox.com/errorhelp, at this point I already
    tried everything, my fiends are having the same issue

    My TC Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 code has not come in yet, however my TC Rainbow Six: Vegas 1 code came in today.

    If I understand correctly, Rainbow Six: Vegas code worked fine for you, but the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 code is not working? Could you post back the specific error code you are receiving when you try to redeem that code?

    Actually I already called the support and they couldn't help me, they told me to create this topic and hope for the best and as I mentioned I already tried every possible means to redeem it, I did all the troubleshooting as well

    Code redemption issues generally boil down to account related issues. Phone/Chat support are best suited to offer support with that.

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.

    Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
    each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
