Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 codes

So, I purchased R6 Siege on 11/27 and I received a message with codes for R6 Vegas 1 & Vegas 2. When I went to use the codes, I noticed that codes were longer in my notifications panel on my Xbox One.

I contacted Xbox Support and they couldn't help me. I also contacted UBI Soft and they haven't replied to any of my emails [it's been 5 days].

How do I got about getting a replacement set of codes so I can play those games?

Xbox's messages just one day no longer appeared, I had planned on using the games to give to my little brother on his birthday with his new Xbox one.

Be sure you're posting from the same account that originally purchased the game. If you purchased a physical copy of the game then the codes should have been included in the game case. If you believe you're signed into the correct account please head on
over to commerce.microsoft.com and verify the transaction for Rainbow Six Siege was completed. If you verify the purchase please create a new thread and let us know, thanks!

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Hello i have received my rainbow six vegas 1 and vegas 2 code from xbox live in 2 messages but the vegas 2 code is the same code as the vegas 1 code. ive been on xbox live support chat with Mac and been told to post my problem here.
