Purchased over a week ago and still haven't received my codes. No messages in xbox live. I've checked daily. Thanks.

I Pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege and I get 2 Xbox Live Messages with the code for Rainbow Six Vegas 1. But no code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2

Codes are sent 7-10 days after the date of purchase, if you're currently signed in with the same account that purchased the game be sure to keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages. To verify your purchases sign in over on
commerce.microsoft.com

 

I just called Xbox support because I haven't received my Vegas 1 and 2 codes. I purchased Siege on 1-2-16. The rep (I think his name was Michael) I spoke to tonight directed me to this forum. Do I wait a few more days or is there something else I need to
do? I checked my purchase through the Commerce link above and my purchase of the game is listed.
