Rainbow Six Vegas 1&2 Codes Not Received

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege back on either Dec 27th or Dec 28th, and have still not received the codes for Rainbow Six Vegas 1&2. Can someone help me with this?

ought rainbow six siege 22nd December received NO Vegas 1 & 2 codes

 

I checked today, and I still haven't received the codes.

 

I purchase rainbow six siege on my Xbox one on December 28 and I still have not received my code for rainbow six Vegas 1 and 2 and it's been almost 2 weeks. How do I fix this?

 

I waited until this evening(January 11 2016) to check and see if the RSV 1&2 codes had arrived yet, and nothing has been sent my way as of writing this post. I purchased Rainbow Six Siege on either December 27th or 28th, but I don't remember which day it
was. Can someone from Microsoft please respond to my post? Also, this seems to be a wide spread issue, and I would think that an announcement located at the top of the forums would be a good idea.
