Rainbow Six Siege won't let me start it

Hello I have been playing this game a little bit and after a little while I come back to error code (0x803f8001) I have played this game before and I never needed a disc. Bought the game a while back and only recently started playing it and after an hour
chatting with a someone from support this is my next step. If you know why this is happening please help

The game Rainbow six siege won't let me play with my friend because it say 'CONNECTION ERROR' Can anybody help?

It won't let me play tom Clancy rainbow six siege. It said the person who bought this need to sign, when I bought it on my profile

This error code normally defines an issue with ownership of the game. The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.

The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.

The game disc is not in the console.

If this was a digital download please ensure that you are signed into the profile with which it was purchased. Additionally make sure your connection to Xbox Live is up and running.
