Rainbow Six Siege With 12 Months of Gold Subscription

I recently saw the promotion on my Xbox one that if you purchased a 12 month gold subscription, that "Rainbow Six Siege is on us" and it explained that it was a package deal and I would receive both. I got the Gold, but never got the code for Rainbow Six
Siege. I would like to know why and if I was still able to get it or if it took a while.

Purchased 12 month Gold subscription using the Rainbow Six Siege tile on my console, “Get Siege on us” promo and have not received a code to redeem Siege. When will I receive a code?

Didn't get copy of Rainbow Six Siege for buying 12-month Xbox Gold

My dashboard offered me a promo that if I bought 12 months of Gold I'd get a free copy of Rainbow Six Siege. I bought the 12 months, but received no code for Siege.

 

Codes for that offer will be sent out by December 15. If you don't receive the code by that date, you'll want to post back here.
