Rainbow Six Siege Vegas codes

I've been waiting for my codes for two weeks and still have yet to receive them. I'm quite disappointed as the two free games was the biggest reason I bought Siege.

Hello i have buy rainbow six siege. I have no code for rainbow six vegas 1 and rainbow six vegas 2. I waited 3 weeks ! I will like to receive in exchange the season pass for rainbow six siege.

 

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

Where's my codes! I bought the game on 22nd December!
