Rainbow Six Siege Ultimate Edition uninstalled and needs to pay again

I would think that the version you're looking at the requires you to pay again is a different version than what you've purchased. Do you see the title in My Games & Apps?

I'd also recommend checking your Purchase History on your Microsoft Account page for the purchase, which will have a link to the store page where you can initiate remote download if you have that option turned on. If you don't see the title in that list,
then it's possible the title was purchased on a different account, or available via an account that was logged in or set that console to Home Console that enabled playing of that game.

I bought it on the same account I use today and I've checked the purchase history and when I check the item it brings me to the item but says I have to buy it again.

I know theres recently been an update but maybe check out microsft support
