    Rainbow Six Siege Season pass


    i bought the season pass for rainbow six siege and one of the benefits was that you got the new operators for free. However after my 7-day exclusive access I didn't get the operators and had to pay 15 extra dollars to get a credit pack so I could get them
    on February 2nd. I should have gotten them for free but paid 15 dollars and other season pass holder are getting them for free what should I do to get them for free and get the 15 dollars back. Note that I'm in Canada to the prices can be different

    Just to clarify, for in-game unlocks such as Operators the publisher is going to be your best point of contact. Just to make sure, can you sign into
    commerce.microsoft.com to verify the transaction for the Season Pass went through. Keep us in the loop Rainbow Six Siege Season pass :)

    The
    season pass     is kinda strange on Xbox One. It doesn't install the pass like it does on Xbox 360 but it'll list the content that comes with the pass under "Manage Game" once it is purchased.
