I bougth the Rainbow Six Siege in Pre-order, but until now a not receive my promo code for Rainbow SiX Vegas 1 & 2 for use in retrocompability on Xbox one.

Date of Purchase: 30 september, 2015

is there anyone available to help with this issue ive contacted tech support twice as of now and still no one is able to help!

Hey Mister Quimby, I haven't received my codes either for Rainbow 6 Vegas and Vegas 2. I purchased my game December 25, Christmas, and I haven't received my code yet. I was directed here by Xbox Marketplace Support to here to resolve my issue.
