Rainbow Six Siege.. Operators disappeared and other packs aren't working

Hi.

So i don't own Siege myself, to start with. It's game-shared to me from another account.

The account in question has ultimate edition- All operator packs, year 1-4 and the Year 5 Pass.

Now, the only one that works is the year 5 pass... Though i already own all the year 1 operators.

Before getting ultimate edition the account i share from had a pack containing 8 operators, which i was able to play, but they suddenly disappeared one day.. i don't know what the pack is called. I had them all and then the next day? Gone.

The weirdest part as i've said is that i can use Iana and Oryx as normal.. So the year 5 pass IS working, but nothing else is.

Everything else surrounding Siege is working perfectly except for this operator problem.

I've tried:

-Power cycling the console

-Power cycling it a second time

-Repeating steps one and two for about 7 minutes

-Uninstalling the game, Power cycling the console and then reinstalling the game

-Deleting save data from Xbox and retrieving it from cloud

-Reinstalling the game

-Reinstalling the add-ons

-Reinstalling both at the same time

-Logging out of and then back into my account

-Making sure the other account has its Home Xbox set to the xbox i use

-and basically every other response i've found on other Microsoft forums

-and just add "power cycling the console," to the front of any of these on the list and i have tried it

Any ideas? Like, at all?

yes i know what a power cycle is, i've done all 4 types of them more than once during this process

oh and did i mention i already tried power cycling the console-
