Rainbow Six Siege MnK and Smurf accounts.

I was wondering, as there are many many complains on Ubisoft Rainbow Six Siege twitter account, what is Microsoft doing, about account cheating on the game, and using MnK to get an unfair advantage? Also adding to this topic, what is Mocrosoft doing about
people having smurf accounts? It seams that, there's not a person that is willing to talk about, from Microsoft point of view. It would be nice to start some sort of communication between to big companies, and get those questions answered, as there's a big
Siege Xbox community out there, that are looking for the answers.
