Rainbow six siege missing purchased operators

I recently attempted to purchase and download the year 1 and 2 deluxe versions of r6 however the operators that come with the dlc are still locked. I purchased it on the same account on which I play, the dlc’s have installed but seem to do nothing.

Hello Omar,

If you purchased on Steam platform, then you will have to contact their support if you are missing content. Only Steam support can verify your purchase so please reach out to them. You may also try with Ubisoft support but you will need to submit proof of purchase.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to validate the license for the packs. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the order for the packs from there stated as "completed". Once confirmed, simply remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

Just to clarify, did you previously purchase Rainbow Six Siege? If not, you should not have access to Rainbow Six Siege. If you did purchase Siege and are unable to play it, please let us know. Thanks!

Thanks for confirming, Ca55ius2K! There was an issue where users that pre-ordered The Division and received the Rainbow Six bonus currency were receiving the Rainbow Six Siege game for free. This has since been resolved, and you will need to purchase Rainbow
Six Siege if you would like to continue playing it. Thanks for understanding!
