Rainbow Six Siege keeps disconnecting and experiences lots of lag

I'll start this off and say, my router and internet is perfectly fine, its TPG NBN 25mbps download speed, 4mbps upload and average of 15ms, so I know that my network is fine... Now, Rainbow isn't the only game that lags, other games like Call Of Duty and
battlefield lag, but again, my internet seems fine. I just don't get it. I don't think its my xbox cause I've had it for only a month or so, and everything else seems to work okay, but on rainbow and battlefield it most annoys me especially rainbow six, cause
when I join a match on Rainbow, it'll work perfectly fine then I'll have a lag spike and disconnect... On battlefield I have high packet loss and high latency but i'm connected to the closest server near me. I honestly don't know what to do. I've attempted
port forwarding but my router is weird and I can't figure out how to do it.

Please do not post saying you have the same problem because that doesn't help at all, if you have any way of fixing, help me and whoever else is having the same issue.

Rainbow 6 Siege downloaded when it was free now asking for disk after it didn't need it before.

Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for gold members only for a period of time. In the end of the said period you have to purchase the game in order to keep playing
