    All right I really want to talk to someone that knows about this from like Ubisoft or something but I've already have and all that's gotten me is troubleshooting that I've done before I've done everything from uninstalling the game and reinstalling to
    port forwarding that is basically every common troubleshooting error I've ever been suggested. I wanted to know if it had something to do with my Microsoft account or my Xbox Live account. Before season 5 update of rainbow six siege I could log in and the
    game would start but it wouldn't load past the initial boot up menu now the game won't even load it just exits to my home screen I've even bought a disc copy but that didn't work so I returned it and the digital copy that I bought will not work it's like I
    didn't buy it or something but I've spent over $100 on this game through in-app purchases and buying it itself. It really is frustrating when I can't play the game I put a lot of time and effort into leveling up because I spent so much money on it and time.
    I cant play and havent for 3 months and its about time it starts working. If anyone has anything they can provide as help that would be great.

    If your account is in good standing - i.e. you're a Gold member & not under any enforcement action (www.enforcement.xbox.com) then there shouldn't be issues. I'm aware that Ubisoft games generally have associated forums which may be able to provide more
    substantial support there as the developers generally frequent those forums in order to spot & address any issues within their games.
