Rainbow Six Siege 'has taken too long to start'

I have owned Rainbow Six Siege since its launch, and now whenever I load it (or attempt to do so) it comes up with an error saying "Please Try Again : for some reason Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege has taken too long to start. (0x8027025a)". Any advice?

All the time it tries load and says : for some reason tom Clancy's rainbow six siege has taken too long to start.

 

I downloaded a game recently but now it's according to my Xbox never been installed this game was rainbow six siege.

Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for the past weekend. It was only available for that free period once that has finished you would need to purchase it

Starting August 16 until August 20, 2018, Xbox Live Gold and Silver subscribers will be able to play
Rainbow Six Siege free on Xbox One all weekend long.

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try the following steps, one at a time to see if anything works. Try starting the game before moving to the next step.

1. Power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

2. If step 1 doesn't work then delete the game and redownload.

3. If neither of the above steps work then do a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to reinstall.
