Rainbow Six Siege; Free Bonus Games

I bought the Xbox One version Rainbow Six Siege: Gold Edition from my local Gamestop on 12/29/15. On the cover of the game it does say "Bonus two free games(picture of both Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2)+ Gold Weapons Skin Pack(which i did receive). Confused
on how to redeem the two free bonus Backwards Compatible games i contacted the nice fellows at the Verified Xbox Support Twitter page, they responded saying that I should receive an Xbox Message with the code to redeem the games within 10 days. Well here we
are on 1/17/16 with no message from Xbox on how to redeem these games. Today on 1/17/16 i contact the same Twitter support page and was told to make a post here to figure out how to redeem these games. Assistance is much appreciated.

Thanks for confirming, Ca55ius2K! There was an issue where users that pre-ordered The Division and received the Rainbow Six bonus currency were receiving the Rainbow Six Siege game for free. This has since been resolved, and you will need to purchase Rainbow
Six Siege if you would like to continue playing it. Thanks for understanding!

 

X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

Digitally preordered "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" for Xbox One from the Xbox Store on September 25th.

As stated on
here, this preorder includes 2x exclusive bonus contents:

-1x copy of "Rainbow Six Vegas" (Xbox 360 full game)

-1x copy of "Rainbow Six Vegas 2" (Xbox 360 full game)

I already owned the first bonus game from GWG in 2013.

Anyways, today i received both bonus contents via xbox messaging system.

Unfortunately both bonus contents share the same code.

Therefor there's no way for me to reedem the second game, as i already own first game "Rainbow Six Vegas".

Livechat representative send me here for a replacement of the second bonus content "Rainbow Six Vegas 2".

To clarify did you purchase a physical copy of the game or did you purchase a digital copy of the game? If it was physical the codes would have been included with the purchase. Apologies for any confusion!

 

I bought the physical copy. I scanned the card inside where it gave me the season pass or whatever, I just know it gave me something, just not the bonus games.

Check inside the box once more, the codes should have been included with the game. If you didn't receive the codes in the game you'll wanna reach out to GameStop. Unfortunately we don't have any codes to offer as replacement.
