Rainbow Six Siege Error code: 6-0x00001000 unable to fix

I dont understand what to do at this point. The game works fine on other accounts and has only given me this issue with the new update. Ive deleted the game and reinstalled it, moved it from external to internal hard drives and vice versa, ive forgotten
the network completely and rejoined, removed the account as well. Other games work fine and this game is fine on other accounts on the system. Im lost at this point its been days of me coming home from work wanting to play for an hour but i cant. Ive even
restated the internet went through Ubisofts guide on trying to fix the issue hell i even tweeted at the games twitter to have it tell me to talk to Ubi support and they haven’t gotten back yet. Im going to remove my xbox account from Ubi and restart and see
if that helps but after that I dont know what to do.

Hello Alfiec, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game.

Last time this happened it was only for people from a certain region so it's possible something there will help.

After all those things we can conclude that there is a problem with the account. You did a factory reset, and removed and added the account again. Have you tried log on another xbox?
