Rainbow Six Siege erased from my account

Hi yall, im having an issue that a microsoft rep was no help with. Ive been playing Siege for probably five months now. I only ever use my own profile. Its the only profile I pay for xbox live on.

Today I get an error when launching Siege that says I need to sign in to the account that purchased the game basically. So I did what a lot of people would do. I rebooted my xbox. That didn’t work. So then I uninstalled the game, thinking I could just reinstall
it and be fine. Nope. I go into Siege on the store, and it only gives me the option to purchase it for 40 bucks. A game I had already purchased. The exact same game.

I looked in my purchase history and magically this game is gone. So I dont know what my next step is. Did they just steal from me and that’s that? No I did not purchase it on a different account or a different console.

i suggest you go to microsoft.com and check all your previous bills, once you have the evidence of the reciept contact support and they should help you further

I also have one more question imagine i redeem the code thru my pc and my friend logs in my account and goes into rainbow six siege does the rainbow six siege credits also transfer over to my pc account
