Rainbow six siege ddosing

I am a regular player that enjoys playing rainbow six siege especially ranked for its competitiveness. However, I can no longer enjoy playing the game at all because 90% of the time I try to play the ranked game mode my ping or connection to the servers
skyrocket to the point that I am disconnected from the servers. I try to reconnect to the match but I either lag out again with 600+ ping or I can't connect at all. I always end up being able to connect the moment the match is completed and I get an abandon
sanction because the game classifies my disconnection to leaving causing me to lose elo (rank points), and my internet connection.

It is so frustrating because I have really good internet and have no problems playing other games online or even unranked but people are so intent to win that they'll kick you out the game just to get a cheap "win". I manage to report the gamertags each
time this happens to me but nothing ever happens. All the game says is a pending investigation and I continue to keep losing my rank and I have to wait longer and longer even though they say that if the game consisted of actual ddosing then they will give
you your elo back but that has never happened to me out of the 13 times that it has happened
THIS season. I don't join parties or respond to messages from the opposing team. I just get kicked off instantly or if I'm "lucky" it'll be a different teammate. I know that people pay others to use specific software that they have a huge list
of gamertags in so that they can boot you offline but this is absolutely ridiculous and illegal.

Is there anyway this can actually be fixed because I genuinely enjoy playing the game but I am really starting to hate it because of how many people do this.
