Rainbow Six Siege 'Creating Squad' Bug 2019

A few days ago I was able to play the game. But now, out of nowhere the game doesn't start and its stuck in the 'creating squad' loop. I wont get to the main menu. I treid so much, like deleting the memories, reinstalling the game, resetting my xbox etc.
nothing worked. The game works on my flatmates xbox, alltough we are in the same wifi. It seems like that it is an problem on the xbox, bc i dindt see anything about that problem on PS. I contacted the Ubisoft and Xbox Support Germany (thats where i am from)
but they can't helped me either and had no clue.

All of them have the same Problem then I have.

I hope for a quick solution.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work the try a
Factory Reset

Thanks, but I tried all of that tips and tricks, nothing worked.

Seems Ubisoft has admitted this is an in-game issue as has directed anyone to report the issues they are experiencing with the game. Quote:

"For anyone who is having this issue, I strongly recommend contributing to the R6Fix report regarding this issue.
Please include as much information regarding what you were doing prior to this issue occurring so the team may try and replicate this issue."

Thank you too but it seems to be a new glitch, I tried it and nothing changed. I'm still not able to get to the menu.

Yes but just 2 people (one of them is me) have contributed to this post at Ubifix. You need 10 people to contribute, so that Ubisoft takes a closer look and I think that it's not going to happen.
