Rainbow six siege code never recieved

I purchased a subscription to Xbox gold through a promotion on my home screen which said that with one month you’d receive your subscription at half price, with three months you’d receive an additional free month, and with a year, you’d receive a free copy
of rainbow six siege upon purchase. Upon purchase, I never received my code so I contacted support, and they told me to wait a week. After waiting a week, I contacted support again and they told me to post here, which I still don’t entirely understand. I would
just like info on this reasonably soon as there’s no reason I couldn’t have been sent the code upon purchase as it’s entirely digital, and support has been unhelpful to this point. Thank you for your help in advance.

Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 codes

I have bought Rainbow Six Siege on 27th December and still havent recieved the codes for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2, have spoken to Xbox Support and i was directed here

 

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

 

Per the terms of the offer, you should receive the code within 4 weeks of purchase. If you don't have it after that, you'll need to post back here.

Unfortunately phone/chat support does not handle promotions which is why they send you here.
