Rainbow six siege and Ghost Recon game bundle not working.

I recently bought the Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Wildlands and the Rainbow Six siege bundle off the Xbox store, and after I downloaded, it said when I tried to play either game "Just getting your game ready and then "something went wrong".
I tried a cold restart, uninstalling then reinstalling, but they did not work. It gave me error code 0x80073cf6, but when I put it in the website, nothing came up. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear it. If the power cycle and deleting and redownloading didn't work then please go ahead and try a factory reset on the console. Don't worry about your installed content as there is an option to keep installed games and apps.
