Rainbow Six Seige Pre Order Promotion Codes for RSV1&2 Not recieved after 18+ days.

I guess I should of said in my last post its been over 18 days now since I pre-ordered rainbow siege and I still do not have the prepreorder codes for RSV1-RSV2. I only need the code for RSV2 I already own RSV1 digitally. Why do you lock all the
threads I could of just replied to the last thread.
