RAINBOW SIX SEIGE PRE ORDER CODES - NO LONGER IN INBOX CAN'T RECOVER MESSAGES OR ACTIVATE

I pre-ordered the Rainbow Six Siege GOLD version and was sent activation codes on my XBOX 1 for Rainbow Six Vegas and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 to be played on the XBOX 1. I was only able to activate the 1 code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and its currently downloaded
and able to play on my XBOX 1. My Separate code for Rainbow Six Vegas must of Timed out of my inbox and was never activated or used.

I contacted Xbox and went through all of the motions and they are unable to assist me in recovering the original Message or the code that was Sent. I am a huge fan of the Franchise and I would very much like to be able to play this game on My One that came
with my Pre-order purchase. Can an admin on this forum please verify my Pre-order status linked to my Gamer tag and get authorization to resend me my unused Activation Code so I can download and play Rainbow Six Vegas on my XBOX 1 ?

I was told by Support this is my only option to recover the unused code and that I would be contacted back by an to resolve this issue.

Hello, I received both of the messages with my pre-order of rainbow six seige and got two codes for Vegas one. I need a valid code for rainbow six Vegas two and was told to post here to recieve one by Xbox support.
