Rainbow Six Ranked Kicking

In Rainbow Six The Siege Ranked play, theres the ability to kick players, sometimes its very handy to get rid of team killers or players not playing. However in the past few weeks I've been noticing that that tool is being heavily abused by players. Players
are kicking players just because they can now. I've been noticing that games I've been in theres been times when players join parties and kick kids for not joining their party, causing a player to become suspended. I've also been finding that sometimes kids
kick players just because their ranking or K/D is low and they kick them in the finding opponent loading screen. I think that xbox should not suspend a player for being kicked before the game finds an opponent. I also think that they need to monitor better
on the kicking, and should suspend kids for the random kicking. I was suspended last week for 24 hours due to being kicked too many times (after a day that i kept being kicked before games even started).

okay so my account has been banned because people have said that I have been hacking when I haven't when playing rainbow six siege on ranked

AAND if you look at the time this pic was uploaded around I was in the middle of ranked march on rainbow six, I wouldn't have time to do this
