Rainbow Six Extraction

Hey is there a way I can restore Rainbow Six Extraction back onto my Ubisoft game account. I rebought Gamepass after it expired and now, I can't play R6E anymore. I contacted support but nothing has happened for a day now and they said that it needs to be restored or something.

Yea I asked both supports and I still have the same error. It’s been a purple of days as well

Yeah he is but rainbow six extraction is on both wich is why I'm so confused on the situation
