Rainbow Six Extraction issue

All other games work perfectly fine I've done all troubleshooting still nothing, I experience what seems like a lag freeze where I'll be moving then suddenly stop while still moving and then it jumps me to the area I was supposed to be after stopping to move , can't shoot gun either, I know it is not my Ethernet since all other games that are multiplayer experience zero lag,

My packet loss while the lag happens is 0, download speed stays at 700 Mbps so does my latency at 40, I know latency would contribute to my lag but it is completely fine, players would see me lag around but they are able to hear me perfectly fine in game, also in party chat as it happens so honestly I don't know what to do

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

This is to reset your connection that may be causing an issue inside of the game still.

Yea I asked both supports and I still have the same error. It’s been a purple of days as well

Yeah he is but rainbow six extraction is on both wich is why I'm so confused on the situation
